DR. MANUEL RUIZ
Panamanian doctor, graduated in 1998 from UCIMED (Costa Rica). He has extensive experience in general medicine, preventive medicine, medical emergencies, hyperbaric and underwater medicine. His training includes digital transformation in healthcare, health information systems, telemedicine, a culture of quality in patient care and safety, administration with an emphasis on healthcare management and auditing, and negotiation for conflict mediation, among others.
He has completed international rotations, national medical tours, and volunteered as a medical professional in Guinea, Africa. He was an associate professor of propaedeutics and pathophysiology at a private university's Medical School in Panama.
In 2017, he received recognition from the United States of America's White House Medical Unit. Currently, Dr. Ruiz provides medical services in both the private and public sectors in Panama.
